1. Subscription Services
Samudra Oceans Limited offers various subscription plans for access to Kelp-It services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Plans
Available Plans
- Otter, Turtle, Whale
- Features and pricing are subject to change with notice
Plan Selection
- Choose the plan that best fits your needs
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
3. Billing and Payment
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance
- Payment is due on the billing date
- Accepted payment methods: Stripe
Billing Cycles
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days
- Annual subscriptions: Billed every 365 days
- Pro-rated charges apply for mid-cycle changes
Failed Payments
- Service may be suspended for non-payment
- Account may be terminated after 30 days
- You remain responsible for outstanding charges
4. Free Trials
Trial Terms
- Free trials are available for new subscribers
- No payment required during trial period
- Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled
Trial Limitations
- One free trial per customer
- Full access to trial plan features
- Standard terms apply after trial ends
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- Access continues until the end of paid period
Refund Policy
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions
- Refunds may be provided at our discretion
- Processing fees are non-refundable

7. Data and Usage
